With just one month to go, anticipation is building for the Close Protection World Conference 2025, taking place at the Victory Services Club in London on Friday 7th November.
Now firmly established as the UK’s leading private security and close protection networking event, this year’s conference is set to host over 300 delegates and 100 guests and exhibitor staff, bringing together operational professionals, training providers, suppliers and industry leaders from across the protective security sector.
The conference will feature an impressive line-up of exhibitors, sponsors, and speakers representing every facet of the industry – from close protection and intelligence to specialist equipment, training, and consultancy. It remains one of the only opportunities each year where security professionals can connect directly with operational companies, share experience and forge new partnerships face-to-face.

Exhibitors and sponsors include:
Summis Global, CJ Protect, The Security Institute, Belgraves of London, FlyEliteJets, Whittaker & Co, G6 Global, HZL Group, SQR Group, Optimal Risk Group, Pilgrims Risk Management, MERE Supplies, The OSINT Group, Polaris Operations, AEC Protection, Eazitax, N-Ear/Palmyra Communications, 242 Group, Minimal Risk Consultancy, Samaritan Protective Services, MAST, Fielding & Nicholson, Frontier Risks Group, Secure Ground Transportation, Seiber, The Operatives Group, QNUK, Global Situational Awareness, Total Task Consultancy, Ken Perry / Cosain Consultancy, James Cameron / Board of Executive Protection Professionals, Costco, Alchemy Global, Taken RRF and Dauntless VIP.
We are deeply grateful to our sponsors and partners, whose support makes the event possible each year and allows us to continue strengthening the professional community within the security and close protection sector.
The 2025 programme will include guest speakers, live presentations, exhibitors, workshops, and the annual charity raffle, with proceeds supporting Combat Stress and Macmillan Cancer Research. The day will conclude with a sponsored drinks reception, courtesy of 242 Group, providing further opportunity for informal networking and discussion.
Entry to the event is free for Blue Light Services and Ministry of Defence personnel – please contact John Morrison (admin@closeprotectionworld.com) for complimentary access.
Join us on Friday 7 November 2025, from 10:00 to 22:00 at the Victory Services Club, London, for a day of knowledge-sharing, networking and community in the heart of the protective security industry.
